Charlie Tripp

ACTOR 1

Charlie graduated from The Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama (MA Acting, Stage, Screen and Radio). He has worked throughout the UK and abroad. Recently Charlie played Ronnie Sheldon in THE SMALL HOURS (Paul Taylor Mills Summer Rep Season). Other credits include PICTURE OF A GIRL (Make It Beautiful Theatre Company) and as a narrator for THE PATH OF WORDS, directed by Roberto Alinghieri in Italy. He worked extensively as a reader for the upcoming UK feature film, ON THE LINE, directed by Oliver Pearn. Credits in training include Pangloss in CANDIDE, Jesse in ALBATROSS, and Romeo in ROMEO AND JULIET. This is Charlie’s first time performing at The English Theatre of Hamburg.

Benjamin Press

ACTOR 2

Benjamin Press is a proud graduate of the Neighborhood Playhouse School of the Theatre in New York City. He moved into acting late in life having worked in International Humanitarian Law and Construction.

A graduate of SOAS in London, he has a love of performing around the world. Recent productions include A DOLL’S HOUSE (Sanctuary Theatre Company, New York) 48 (Proforca Theatre Company, London), and two original plays in the 2022 New York Theatre Festival: THE WORST PERSON I KNOW by Cameron Tharma (East St Studios, Belfast) and THE ACCOUNTANT by A.B. Wisely.

Ben has spent the last academic year teaching drama at Bedales School in Hampshire, UK. This is Ben’s first time performing at the English Theatre of Hamburg.

Katherine Rodden

Katherine Rodden trained at The Oxford School of Drama. She has worked in theatre, film, television and Voiceover.
