Dear Guests and Friends of the English Theatre of Hamburg.
In view of the critical situation now confronting all of us because of the COVID-19 pandemic and in solidarity with our community, we have decided to close our theatre for an initial period until the 30th June. We will reopen our doors on 21 August with a special guest performances which will be the Live Podcast Night Hamburg. Our new Season 2020/2021 starts on 3 September. Please watch our website for additional information and announcements.
Tickets you have purchased for canceled performances may be exchanged for vouchers. Please contact us by E-mail at eth-bo@englishtheatre.de for details.
Start of Priority Booking for our subscribers will be announced within the next days, as well as the date of ticket sale for the general public.
While this decision was essential to avoid any risks to the health of our costumers, staff and actors, it does, of course, represent a terrible blow to our financial situation. We would be extremely grateful for any help that our audiences and supporters might be able to give. If it is at all possible for you, please consider donating the cost of your purchased tickets and refrain from requesting a refund. You can be assured of our gratitude.
