James Killeen

Richard Hannay

James trained on the BA Actor Musicianship course at Rose Bruford College, graduating with a First Class Honours degree. This summer he played Lysander in A MIDSUMMER NIGHT’S DREAM (Pleasure Dome Theatre Company). Other theatre credits include: FATHERLAND (Lyric Hammersmith), VANILLA (Southwark Playhouse) and FAERIES (Cockpit Theatre). James is due to play the lead in a UK & Ireland tour of a popular West End show later in 2022.

James also works extensively as a professional voice over artist having worked with recent clients such as McDonald’s, Robinsons, Vivo, Knorr, The Guardian Labs and CBeebies. 

Madeleine Hutchins

Madeleine was born into a family of musicians and spent her early childhood in Nuremberg Germany where her Father played in the Philharmonic Orchestra. At the age of seven she moved to the South Coast of England and in her late teens came to London to study Acting at East 15 Acting School, which was founded by avant-garde theatre practitioner Joan Littlewood.

Having both British and American citizenship Madeleine has worked extensively in theatre nationally and internationally including Theatre Royal Bath, The Garrick (West End), B.A.M (New York) and the McCarter Theatre in Princeton. She also spent a number of years touring with the Peter Hall Company and has made many trips back to Germany to work at Hamburg’s English Theatre. Memorable roles include, Sorel in HAY FEVER, Gloria in YOU NEVER CAN TELL, Steph in REASONS TO BE PRETTY, Vivie in MRS. WARREN’S PROFESSION, Olivia in STONE COLD MURDER, Jemma in DON’T LOSE THE PLACE and Gretchen in BOEING BOEING.​

Charlie McCullagh

Charlie trained at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. In 2019, Charlie made his professional stage debut in the Union Theatre’s revival of ELEGIES FOR ANGELS, PUNKS AND RAGING QUEENS. He was a member of the original London concert cast of DOCTOR ZHIVAGO, where he played the role of Pasha Antipov. Other theatre roles include Tenor Section Leader in THE DIVIDE, Cain in THE RED VELVET CABARET and Ensemble in THE FAMILY HOFFMAN CHRISTMAS MYSTERY PALACE. Most recently, he has been involved in workshops for new Irish musical ÉRAINN and as the tenor vocalist for AN EVENING WITH SIR TIM RICE onboard Seabourn Cruises.

Jonny Magnanti

Born and brought up in Leeds, Jonny moved to London in 1984 to attend the Guildhall School of Music and Drama and has lived down south, give or take a year or two back in Leeds, ever since.

Since leaving drama school Jonny has enjoyed a career in all aspects of the profession from West End plays and musicals, theatre tours, rep, film, television and voiceovers where he has voiced many TV and radio campaigns.

Moving to the East Sussex countryside in 2010 Jonny took some time out to be a full-time dad, and with both children now grown up, returned to the profession playing Igor in the National Theatre’s production of THREE WINTERS directed by Howard Davies, The Premier of THE MOOR at the Old Red Lion Islington, HAPPY JACK at the Brockley Jack studio theatre, Oberon in MIDSUMMER NIGHT’S DREAM and Malvolio in TWELFTH NIGHT. He also filmed MUSKETEERS for the BBC, DOCTORS, LUCKY MAN, and AMERICAN MONSTERS. More recently he has been filming THE GIRL BEFORE again for the BBC, scheduled to be shown soon.

Jonny has just finished directing the UK premiere of John Patrick Shanley’s PRODIGAL SON with his now grown-up son.

He is delighted to be appearing in Hamburg for the third time. Previous productions being ABSENT FRIENDS in 1994 and MOON OVER THE BREWERY in 2012
